Procurement Specialist

Receives the approved annual and monthly  requests from raw and packaging materials, as well as spare parts, fixed assets and construction materials.Receives the purchases requests from all departments and start distributing them on the listed suppliers.Issues purchases orders with required quality and quantity considering the appropriate delivery timing and the approved prices.Negotiates with contractors on price, mode of shipping, and delivery timeDay- to-day Operations:Follows up on supplies delivery to ensure the execution of procurement plan. Scans the market for alternative suppliers to ensure the fluency of the purchasing process and to avoid any shortages.Reports:Prepares reports with all materials and prices and their suppliers. Prepares comparative reports with the suppliers to ensure contracting with the most suitable suppliers. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related education.Experience: 2- 4 years relevant experience in plant including at least 1 years in FMCG.Previous working experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.Excellent Negotiation skills.Computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).Social and capable of building inter-personal relationships with vendors and co-workers.Ability to communicate and think analytically.
