Job Summary:GreenLiner is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities and ensure the timely procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining cost-effective procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage the procurement process from supplier sourcing to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, price, and delivery terms.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and relevant departments to ensure material availability.Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.Evaluate supplier performance and develop strong vendor relationships.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.Good knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain operations.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
