Department: Data Insights & Artificial Intelligence, Digital & Technology Platform ServicesWe are looking for skilled Product Analyst – Visual Analytics Supply Chain to work with Product Manager, Technical teams and Business Stakeholders to deliver the business needs translated into system requirements for reporting solutions with focus on sustainable product delivery and adoption rate increase. To be vital part of requirements gathering, analysis, their documentation, clarifications to technical team, testing, releasing the ready product to requestor and end users and deliver trainings if needed.YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible to analyze the business requirements, turn them in technical requirements and provide input to effort estimationTogether with Product Manager, Solution Architect and Lead Developer construct product backlog, validating process compliance of new requirements, targeting simplification and standardization of proposed solutionsAlign solution UI/UX aspects with an expert/vendor, align UI/UX proposals with Business Owners and Countries, plan A/B testing when appropriateEnsure that the processes of Test Management, Training Plan, Change Management are in place and executed with the required qualityDocumenting new functionalities, keeping repository of Country-Specific requirementsResponsible for Release & Package scope alignment, delivery services by vendors, tests, vendor hand-over and Go Live for the solutions in the area of Supply ChainLead the key DTPS and business stakeholders towards successful project delivery and commit to delivering the work, maintaining relationships with internal (CCH) and external (vendors) stakeholdersParticipate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals and processesAchieve sustainable results with vendors: planning, deliverable monitoring, multiple vendor integration, smooth transition to support, provides feedback to vendors and manage vendor performanceProficiency in SCRUM/Agile project methodologiesARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?University Degree in a relevant area3+ years of experience in Reporting area and experience with PBI and/or SAP BW.Ability to capture business requirements, analyze, assess and provide guidance on potential technical solutions.Experience in working together with developers providing solutions to business requestsLeading or supporting complex Projects related to consumer and/or customer facing Solutions.Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scaled Agile and DevOps delivery models.Strong FMCG industry-specific solutions knowledge and business experience in Supply Chain areaAny certification related to SAP BW, PBI reporting or SAFe Agile will be considered as advantageProven ability to work in a multi-cultural environmentStrong communication and influencing skillsEnglish proficiencyABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
