Day- to-day OperationsHandles the day-to-day operations of Supply planning to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and proceduresDay-to-day operations are consistent with established policies, processes and proceduresImplementing the NPDs(New Products Developments) activities within the innovation department with the alignment of deferent Bus in order to develop and deliver new products categories to the SFCf shelf.Handle the prototype samples presentation of NPs with coordination with BUs and SMS team for the sake of qualitative/quantitative and consumer/customer researchesHandling customer trails in coordination with the SMS team to validate the prototype samples of NPs.Analysing/evaluating the consumer/customer research report released by SMS team for identifying the strength and weakness and way forward action.Formalize and standardize the NPs specifications, recipes, ingredient lists, approved supplies and SOPs (standard Operating Procedures) of manufacturing new developed products. Formulate the chemical, physical and instrumental analysis of new products development as required in order to validate/verify the NPs Samples.Implement GLB (Good Laboratory Practices), Safety and security measures in the innovation central lab to ensure the system implementation and workability of central lab. Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Fat industries is preferable.
