About the Role:Bubblzz is seeking a Product Development Specialist to support the development, testing, and optimization of our products across body, hair, and skincare categories, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and refine product formulations in line with brand direction and market needs.Conduct research on ingredients, formulations, and industry trends.Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and external partners.Oversee product testing, stability, and quality assurance processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related scientific field.Proven experience in R&D and/or product formulation within the cosmetics or personal care industry.Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulation techniques, and product development processes.High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
