In this role, you'll take ownership of a mature and widely adopted product that sits at the heart of our customers' HR and finance operations. A key responsibility will be to enhance and scale payroll processing workflows, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and fully compliant with evolving labor laws in the region. You will also drive the development of deeper payroll integrations with accounting, ERP, and banking systems, enabling seamless salary disbursements and financial reconciliations.This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who has previously built or scaled payroll or HR tech products, and who understands the complexities of regional labor law, compliance requirements, and payroll integration use cases.Some High-impact Responsibilities You Will Be Entrusted WithProduct DiscoveryUnderstand customer workflows and pain points across insurance operations, performance management, reporting and knowledge base through interviews, data analysis, and competitive researchIdentify opportunities across the portfolio of products to streamline how customers workWork closely with cross-functional teams to define and validate high-impact solutionsProduct DesignDefine product requirements, user journeys, edge cases, and business rules — especially around insurance logic, performance management processes, and AICollaborate with product designers and engineers to prototype, test, and refine features, or build your own prototypes using AIEnsure product designs account for different systems, HR/performance systems, and the data and integration requirements that feed AI featuresAI & Systems IntegrationsLead end-to-end scoping, design, and delivery of integrations with insurance platforms, HRIS/performance systems, and the data pipelines that power AI reporting and the AI Knowledge HubStay up to date on the latest AI innovations and understand how we can use them to improve our productsWork closely with data, compliance, and engineering teams to build reliable and scalable sync logic and trustworthy AI outputsProduct DeliveryDefine clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teamsProvide deep context around insurance workflows, performance management processes, and AI capabilities and limitationsCollaborate with all stakeholders to ensure features are shipped with high quality and business impactMonitor product usage and performance to inform iteration and improvementsCross-functional LeadershipWork with strategic partners and vendors where needed (e.g., insurance carriers/underwriters, HR data providers, AI/ML tooling vendors)Coordinate across engineering, design, operations, and customer success to ensure successful go-to-marketWhat You Will Need To HaveA minimum of 2 years of Product Management experienceYou must be a native Arabic speakerExperience working with Insurance platforms, HR/Performance Management systems, and/or AI-powered productsStrong stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset: you understand how to gather the data, how to analyze the data, how to interpret the data to make business decisionsGrowth mindset, desire to build new productsCritical thinkingWhat's In It For YouAt Bayzat, we don't sell beanbags or buzzwords as culture — we build an environment where high achievers thrive.
