This role is responsible for leading the development and lifecycle management of NUYA haircare products, from concept to market launch. Daily tasks include collaborating with R&D and formulation teams, reviewing product safety and efficacy data, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical and cosmetic regulations. The role also involves conducting market and competitor analysis, defining product positioning, and partnering with marketing and sales to build effective go-to-market plans. The Product Manager Pharmacist will monitor product performance, gather customer and channel feedback, and propose improvements that align with NUYA’s standards of quality, ethics, and innovation.QualificationsProfessional background in pharmacy with strong knowledge of cosmetic and haircare formulations, product safety, and regulatory compliance.Experience in product management or brand management, including roadmap planning, lifecycle oversight, and cross-functional coordination.Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis, translate insights into product concepts, and support data-driven decision making.Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams.Attention to detail and quality, with a commitment to ethical, sustainable, and consumer-centric product development.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) required; additional training in marketing, product management, or cosmetics science is an advantage.Previous experience in haircare, skincare, or beauty industries is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
