Role Context & ReportingThis is a mid-to-senior level Product Manager position (typically 3–5+ years of relevant experience) responsible for leading the planning, analysis, and execution of our SaaS e-commerce platform. The Product Manager will report to the Head of Product or Director of Product (or VP of Product in smaller organisations) and will work closely with the CTO/Head of Engineering, Head of Design/UX, and commercial leaders (Marketing & Sales). The role carries end-to-end product ownership for the platform, accountability for key metrics (MRR, churn, ARPU), and may include mentoring junior PMs or overseeing associate product roles depending on team structure.We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the planning, analysis, and execution of a SaaS E-commerce platform. This role is responsible for defining the business model, translating ideas into actionable tasks, and managing multiple SaaS and digital product initiatives simultaneously.
