Job SummaryThe Product Manager is responsible for owning the product end-to-end, from idea to delivery and continuous improvement, within an InvestTech / FinTech platform.This role combines product management, project execution, and design ownership. Product Definition & RequirementsGather and structure requirements from leadership and stakeholders Translate requirements into: clear user stories defined acceptance criteria Ensure engineering teams receive unambiguous, actionable specifications 2. Product Execution & Project ManagementManage product initiatives from concept to release Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables Track progress and ensure on-time delivery Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively 3. Agile & Delivery DisciplineLead and manage Scrum processes Ensure proper use of agile frameworks across teams Maintain clear coordination between: Engineering Financial / Analytics Marketing Ensure structured collaboration and accountability 4. UX, Design & Product QualityDrive a high standard of product design and user experience Ensure the platform is: intuitive modern user-friendly Supervise and guide UI/UX designers Provide clear direction to ensure consistency and quality 5. Engagement & GamificationIdentify opportunities to improve: user engagement retention feature adoption Incorporate gamification and behavioral design elements where relevant Ensure the product encourages repeated usage and interaction 6. Product Strategy & InnovationContribute to product strategy and feature direction Continuously propose improvements and new ideas Avoid feature clutter — focus on meaningful, high-impact enhancements 7.
