About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Value Added Services (VAS) to lead the development and growth of value-added services within our digital banking ecosystem.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional financial and lifestyle services such as bill payments, rewards programs, subscriptions, digital services, and partnerships.You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and external partners to deliver innovative services that drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and platform adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct StrategyDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap for VAS offerings.Identify new opportunities for value-added services that enhance the digital banking ecosystem.Product DevelopmentManage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.Define product requirements and work closely with engineering teams for implementation.Partnerships & EcosystemIdentify and manage partnerships with external service providers.Integrate third-party services into the digital banking platform.Customer ExperienceDesign seamless user journeys for VAS offerings across mobile and digital banking platforms.Analyze customer feedback and product performance to improve adoption and engagement.Performance & GrowthMonitor product KPIs and drive continuous improvements.Identify revenue opportunities and optimize monetization strategies.Required QualificationsExperienceMinimum 10+ years of experience in product managementExperience managing digital products or financial services platformsProduct ExpertiseStrong understanding of value-added services ecosystems, including:Digital paymentsRewards and loyalty programsSubscription servicesLifestyle integrationsProduct Management SkillsExperience defining product strategy and roadmapsStrong experience managing product lifecycle and feature deliveryProfessional SkillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to lead cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in digital banking, fintech, or payment platformsExperience managing partner integrations or platform ecosystemsFamiliarity with customer engagement and monetization modelsExperience working in Agile product environments
