We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to bridge the gap between our engineering excellence and global market success.As our first dedicated marketing hire at Devlizer, you will have the autonomy to shape the growth trajectory of a diverse portfolio of software products, ranging from AI productivity tools to specialized web platforms.The Role:GTM Strategy: Develop and execute Go-To-Market plans for new product launches and existing portfolio scaling.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Own the entire user funnel, optimizing onboarding and checkout flows to maximize MRR.Multi-Channel Acquisition: Identify, test, and scale the most effective channels (SEO, Content Strategy, Performance Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships).Retention Management: Analyze user behavior and churn data to implement engagement strategies that increase LTV.Who You Are:SaaS Expert: You have a proven track record of scaling digital subscription products in a global market.Analytically Minded: You live in the data.
