Product Vision & RoadmapDefine the AI Agent Platform roadmap, aligning with business goals and AI industry trends.Prioritize product features using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD).Ensure that the platform is scalable, multi-tenant, and cloud-agnostic, supporting multiple industries.2️. Agile Product DevelopmentCollaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to translate requirements into technical execution.Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization in an Agile/Scrum environment.Maintain a clear and structured product backlog, balancing technical debt and innovation.3️. AI & Data StrategyDefine strategies for AI model integrations (OpenAI, Falcon, Hugging Face, LangChain).Ensure the platform supports low-code/no-code AI workflows, connectors, and automation capabilities.4️. Go-To-Market (GTM) & MonetizationOwn the GTM strategy, working with marketing & sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.Conduct competitive analysis to position the AI Agent Platform against existing AI automation tools.5️. Customer & Stakeholder EngagementGather insights from clients, partners, and stakeholders to refine product features and roadmap.Drive pilot programs, beta launches, and proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations.Work with sales teams to define ideal customer profiles (ICP) and support enterprise adoption.Qualifications8+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager, preferably in AI, SaaS, or cloud-based platforms.6months – 1 year experience in AI / GenAIStrong functional understanding of APIs, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and cloud architectures.Experience with GTM strategies, monetization models, and enterprise B2B product launches.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and backlog management tools.Ability to translate business goals into product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams.Experience with user research, analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics), and A/B testing.Strong presentation & communication skills for C-suite engagement and investor pitches.Bonus: Background in data-driven decision-making, AI ethics, or regulatory compliance.Additional InformationLanguages/Technologies: Java/J2EE, ReactJS, JQuery, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PLSQL.
