Business analysis, collect requirements, manage implementations Establishes direct contact with customers responsible for managing project execution activities to achieve customer satisfaction.Develops and maintains project’s plan, defining project activities based on project’s scope.Monitors and controls the project execution to ensure that project is delivered in time.Manages communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure their commitment to the plan.Manages external risks and resolves client’s issues.Tracks progress and reviews project’s tasks to ensure that deadlines are met appropriately.Proactively communicates project status, issues & risks to management.Ensures that project’s deliverables meet customer expectations and MTS quality standards before being released.Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.Analyze and map existing processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating that solutions meet business objectives. Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science field or equivalentAt least 4-years industry experience.Excellent communication skillsExcellent command of English language (Reading and Writing).Proven technical background.Good knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies.
