Product Specialist (Laboratory)

Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell the assigned laboratory products, instruments, and diagnostic solutions within the assigned territory.Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.Develop and maintain strong relationships with laboratory managers, pathologists, physicians, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions.Provide product application support and assist customers in optimizing product performance.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Prepare quotations, follow up on tenders, and support the sales process from lead generation to closing.Collaborate with the service, application, and marketing teams to ensure excellent customer support.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and activity reports.Participate in scientific meetings, exhibitions, workshops, and conferences to promote the company's laboratory portfolio.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Science, or a related healthcare field.2–5 years of experience in laboratory diagnostics, laboratory equipment, IVD, or medical devices sales.Experience with laboratory analyzers, diagnostic instruments, reagents, or laboratory consumables is preferred.Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic testing is an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong customer relationship management and account development skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
