 Follow up the deliveries of all the company`s clients. Provide after-sales service for clients Manage complex customer issues, coordinating appropriate technical personnel, defining work  plan, deadlines and driving customer communications until customer has confirmed issue  resolution Receiving the Projects’ data and aspects from CPU department and work in customizing the offers  and preparing orders with the factories Provide a needed technical support to the salesmen and the clients if needed. Responsible for planning and coordinating the product availability and ensure preparing a stock  for the products in company’s stores. Customizing Financial Offers Provide the management with various reports as required. Preparing Products’ price list Coding products on Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle. Follow up on the payment process with Factories Receiving the Bills from the factory after delivering the order Reviewing Bills and ensure its validation with the stores. Follow up with the Sales men to ensure clients received the best service.   Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant degree. Experience from 1-2 years. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. Time Management & Follow up. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Good in English Language
