Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Production Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, quality control, inventory, staffing, food safety, and operational efficiency while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality bakery products.Our production centre manufactures premium baked goods, pastries, desserts, cakes, and ready-to-sell bakery products, supplying both our B2B customers and our retail brands.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day production centre operations.Plan and manage daily production schedules based on customer demand.Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest quality standards.Lead, train, and supervise production staff and department supervisors.Monitor productivity and implement continuous process improvements.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Manage inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Quality departments.Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.Control production costs and minimize waste.Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Prepare operational reports and KPIs for senior management.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive fixed monthly salary.Performance bonuses linked to operational KPIs, production efficiency, quality, and cost control.Career growth opportunities within a growing food manufacturing and retail group.Professional and dynamic work environment. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of management experience within food manufacturing, bakery production, FMCG, or industrial production.Strong understanding of production planning and factory operations.Experience managing large production teams.Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and quality management systems.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and operational decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
