* Receive and review confirmed client orders and event requirements.* Coordinate order execution between Production, Kitchen, Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations teams.* Monitor order progress and ensure all departments meet required deadlines.* Verify product availability and communicate any shortages or operational challenges.* Follow up on production schedules to ensure timely preparation and delivery.* Ensure orders are delivered according to agreed specifications, quality standards, and timelines.* Coordinate last-minute changes and communicate updates to all relevant departments.* Maintain accurate order records and production schedules.* Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
