Production EngineerThe Production Engineer is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, smooth operations, and worker safety. The role also focuses on improving performance, reducing waste, maximizing the utilization of available resources, and coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and organize production lines.Prepare production schedules and monitor their efficient execution.Oversee cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes to ensure final product quality.Develop and improve production processes while minimizing waste.Supervise technicians and workers to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Coordinate with the design department to ensure accurate execution of models according to drawings.Submit periodic performance and production reports to management. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sheet Metal manufacturing.Good knowledge of metal fabrication technologies such as CNC, laser cutting, and welding.Proficiency in technical design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
