· Install, set up, adjust, and maintain crimping applicators according to technical specifications and quality standards. · Set up and calibrate cutting, stripping, crimping, and semi-automatic/automatic machines based on production orders. · Support the mechanical design and development of assembly boards (jigs & fixtures). · Ensure proper mechanical alignment and setup of workstations and production lines. · Implement Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, BIQS, waste reduction). · Optimize machine parameters to improve crimp quality, reduce scrap, and increase productivity. · Improve workstation ergonomics to enhance operator safety and efficiency. · Ensure machines meet crimping quality standards and pull-force requirements. · Support quality team in analyzing mechanical-related defects and implementing corrective actions. · Ensure compliance with automotive standards and internal procedures. · Maintain safety guards and emergency systems on all equipment. · Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machine setup and maintenance. · Maintain maintenance records and machine performance data. · Monitor and report KPIs such as OEE, downtime, and equipment efficiency. · Provide technical reports and improvement proposals to Production Management. · Planning & scheduling for any engineering change (Co-ordinate the activity with all departments by using the required documents i.e. checklist).· Study engineering change & prepare change summery & any related document.· Improvement plan for increasing productivity & reducing the nonvalue added.· Prepare capacity plan for all harnesses. · Bachelor Degree of (Mechanical-Electrical Engineering)· 0-2 Years of Experience· Good user of Microsoft office· Excellent in English· Team Work· Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving Abilities· Ability to work under production pressure.· Working Days from Saturday to Thursday· Ability to working on a 3- shifts rotational systemFactory Location 6th of October City, 3rd Industrial Zone
