Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure machines and equipment are operating efficiently. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and operational inefficiencies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Collaborate with design and R&D teams to improve product manufacturability. Analyze production data and reports to optimize resource utilization. Train and guide production staff to ensure smooth operations. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Stay informed about the latest manufacturing technologies and industry trends. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.Proficiency in SolidWorks or other design software (a plus). Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
