Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our garment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the production process, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & ControlDevelop and implement production schedules to meet order deadlines and optimize resource utilization.Monitor workflow across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing sections.Adjust schedules as needed based on order priorities, machine availability, and labor capacity.2. Efficiency & Cost ControlMonitor production KPIs such as efficiency, SMV (Standard Minute Value), line balancing, and downtime.Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing techniques (Kaizen, 5S) to improve workflow.Control production costs (CMT - Cut, Make, Trim) by optimizing material usage and reducing waste. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Deep knowledge of garment construction, fabrics (knits/wovens), and sewing techniques.Proficiency in Industrial Engineering concepts: Line Balancing, SMV, Time Study, Lean Manufacturing.Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English (preferred).Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
