Coaches line managers and operators in process improvementConsult with interdepartmental resources concerning problems which are affecting productivity, and take corrective actionCoach and build capabilities of line managers to convert objectivesJointly develop with product availability resource (scheduler) the production schedule to meet weekly sales demandReview and analyze production and downtime reports daily. Follow-up with appropriate resources to systematically eliminate sources of downtimeLead the implementation of national and local initiatives for the production area (product, packaging, new technology … )Utilize visual factory concepts to control and organize the workCoaches and provides constant feedback for the development and improved performance of production personnelDevelop staffing and skill building plans for the production area that directly links to delivering yearly AOP.
