Coaches line managers and operators in process improvementConsult with interdepartmental resources concerning problems which are affecting productivity, and take corrective actionCoach and build capabilities of line managers to convert objectivesJointly develop with product availability resource (scheduler) the production schedule to meet weekly sales demandReview and analyze production and downtime reports daily. Follow-up with appropriate resources to systematically eliminate sources of downtimeLead the implementation of national and local initiatives for the production area (product, packaging, new technology … )Utilize visual factory concepts to control and organize the workCoaches and provides constant feedback for the development and improved performance of production personnelDevelop staffing and skill building plans for the production area that directly links to delivering yearly AOP. Work closely with HR for effective implementationConduct performance appraisal for the line managers and ensure it is done for the rest of the production areaResponsible for the selection, on-boarding and recommending for termination of production line personnelAssist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the Health & Safety programs in the field.QualificationsManufacturing/ production background , safety & food safety awareness; basic of budgeting & financeEngineering backgroundMinimum 5 years in plant operations environmentEnglishLeadership, team player, communication skills, presentation skills
