🔹Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability.Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production schedules accordingly.Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.Optimize resource utilization (machines, labor, materials).Maintain accurate records of production plans and outputs.Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to align production with customer requirements.Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and production targets.Generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and efficiency.🔹Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.+2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow.Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
