Role and responsibilitiesProduction Planning and Scheduling:Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand, adjusting as necessary based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.Schedule shifts and workforce allocation to ensure proper coverage and smooth production operations.Material and Equipment Coordination:Evaluate the timely availability of raw materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure production readiness.Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of materials and products necessary for production.Inventory Management:Manage inventory levels, addressing issues such as shortages, schedule changes, and order cancellations.Assist in designing and implementing warehouse management systems to streamline inventory control and improve efficiency.Production Monitoring and Reporting:Track and report on production progress, identifying any issues or delays, and escalating concerns to upper management as needed.Handle production disruptions, troubleshooting problems, and finding ways to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to adjust production schedules based on forecasts and business needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment across departments. Qualifications and education requirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in material or production planning.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems effectively.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with key stakeholders.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proficiency in English.Location: Preference for candidates residing in Giza.
