Develop, monitor, and update production schedules in line with customer orders and business priorities.Coordinate with procurement, production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure material and resource availability.Analyze plant capacity, bottlenecks, and resource utilization to optimize production efficiency.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, and monitor adherence to schedules.Track material requirements (MRP) and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.Monitor production (OEE, lead time, capacity utilization, downtime) and report variances.Assist in demand forecasting, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and inventory management.Identify risks in production plans and recommend corrective/preventive actions.Support cost reduction initiatives by improving planning processes and reducing waste.Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management review. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and capacity planning.Proficiency in planning/ERP tools and MS Excel.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments.Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines.
