Monitor pilot runs, ensuring the production process is efficient and product quality is maintained. Review and adjust standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with scaled-up production. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations throughout the scale-up process. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement testing and monitoring protocols for scaled-up products.
