Key Responsibilities:Supervise sewing supervisors, line leaders, and operators to ensure smooth daily operations.Provide training and guidance to enhance team performance and technical skills.Support the Sewing Manager in planning and delegating daily activities.Coordinate with planning and IE teams to achieve daily and weekly production targets.Ensure correct manpower allocation and balanced sewing lines for efficiency.Monitor line output, reduce bottlenecks, and implement improvement actions.Enforce quality standards at every stage of sewing.Work closely with the Quality team to identify and address quality issues quickly.Ensure defect reduction and promote a “right first time” culture.Support implementation of Lean and Kaizen practices to increase productivity.Monitor efficiency KPIs and lead corrective measures to achieve target efficiencies.Recommend machine adjustments and process changes to improve workflow.Coordinate with maintenance and IE teams for machine optimization.Solve technical problems related to machines, attachments, or operations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.Promote a safe and clean working environment for all staff.Qualifications & Requirements:Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Garment Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.5+ years of a supervisory or assistant manager role.Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, machine handling, and sewing operations.Proven track record in leading large sewing teams in high-volume apparel manufacturing.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen (preferred).Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
