Production Team Leader - Brewing - Sharkeya Plant

Roles & ResponsibilitiesEnsures that the production activities are running smoothly by coordinating with the plant management team.Ensures that required safety standards are implemented. Reports any critical incidents to the management team and communicates them with production team members for future enhancements. Trains contractors on safety standards and runs audits for compliance. Manages quality deviations and meets Al Ahram Beverages Company’s targets and Heineken standards. Leads the Daily Control System (DCS) to review previous data on quality and resource consumption. Motivates the production staff to come up with new ideas. Evaluates targets and ensures that staff are aligned with the planned targets. Drives and ensures the right implementation of the Shop Floor Excellence standards and methods in the production department. Executes the production plan by ensuring the availability of the required products on-time with the right quality standards and the optimal costs. Performs risk assessments to reduce hazards. Coaches and trains the production staff based on identified skill gaps and areas of improvements.
