The Professional Medical Representative will promote NAPCO PHARMA’s products to healthcare professionals through regular visits, product detailing, and scientific discussions. Daily activities include planning and executing territory coverage, scheduling and conducting meetings with physicians and pharmacists, and providing accurate, up-to-date product and therapeutic information. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support effective positioning of products. The representative will also organize and participate in medical events, prepare visit reports, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and ensure high-quality customer service.QualificationsSolid scientific background with knowledge in Pharmacy and Medicine to understand therapeutic areas and explain product benefits accurately.Strong Market Intelligence capabilities, including awareness of competitors, market trends, and customer needs within the pharmaceutical sector.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare field.Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.Ability to work in the field, manage a territory independently, and meet sales and activity targets.Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic reporting; valid driver’s license is an advantage.Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and willingness to continuously learn and update medical and product knowledge.
