Position Overview:To coordinate and support the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of the General Education Requirements (GER) program, ensuring alignment with the competency framework, academic standards, and institutional priorities.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and support the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of the General Education Requirements (GER) program, ensuring alignment with the competency framework, academic standards, and institutional priorities.Coordinate scheduling and delivery of GER courses across departments.Liaise with school deans, faculty, and administrative units to ensure smooth implementation .Monitor course offerings, section allocation, and teaching loads .Support curriculum alignment with the GER competency framework.Track student enrollment, progression, and performance in GER courses.Assist in faculty onboarding and coordination (full-time and adjunct).Contribute to quality assurance, reporting, and accreditation requirements.Support development and improvement initiatives for GER courses.Handle student complaints and academic petitions related to GER courses, ensuring timely resolution in line with institutional policies and coordination with relevant stakeholders. 3–5 years of relevant experience in academic coordination, program management, higher education administration, or other relevant domain.Bachelor of Business Administration, Education, or a related fieldStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to work across multiple stakeholders in an academic environmentFamiliarity with curriculum planning and academic operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and academic management systemsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesStrong attention to detail and time managementData handling and reporting skills
