As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Programmatic Specialist who can manage campaigns end-to-end while supporting both execution and client communication.LocationFully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Programmatic Specialist will manage and execute programmatic advertising campaigns across channels such as CTV, native, and display. This role requires strong expertise in campaign setup, tracking implementation, and client communication, with a primary focus on execution and performance optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesProgrammatic Campaign ManagementSet up, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across CTV, native, and display channelsMonitor performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve resultsEnsure campaigns are properly structured, targeted, and aligned with client objectivesTracking & ImplementationImplement and manage conversion tracking and campaign tracking setupsTroubleshoot and resolve technical tracking issues, including complex scenariosEnsure accurate data collection and reporting across all campaignsClient Onboarding & CommunicationLead client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and alignment on campaign goalsServe as a client-facing point of contact for communication, reporting, and performance updatesPresent insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable mannerStrategy Support & ExecutionSupport the development of programmatic strategies based on client goalsTranslate strategy into execution, ensuring campaigns are launched effectively and optimized over timeReporting & Performance AnalysisTrack and report on key performance metrics across campaignsProvide regular updates and insights, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvementQualificationsExperience3–5+ years of experience in programmatic advertisingHands-on experience managing campaigns across CTV, native, and displayExperience in client-facing roles with direct communication responsibilitiesSkillsStrong understanding of programmatic platforms and campaign setupExperience with conversion tracking and technical implementation, including troubleshootingFamiliarity with analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performanceStrong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to clientsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneouslyProactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of campaign performanceFamiliarity with AI tools for workflow optimization is a plusExperience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is a plusLight design or post-production skills are a plusWhat Success Looks LikeSuccessful execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns that meet or exceed client goalsSmooth onboarding processes and strong client relationshipsAccurate and reliable tracking and reporting across campaignsConsistent delivery of actionable insights that improve performance over timeOpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact programmatic campaigns while working closely with clients.
