The job description for the Futec Cornice Installation Site Project Manager focuses on combining technical site management (decorative finishes) with resource and schedule management to ensure that cornice and decorative alternative works are executed accurately and to a high standard of quality.Managing and supervising the installation sites of polyurethane cornices (cornices, frames, borders, columns) from the inspection stage until final delivery to the client, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budget.Site Inspection and Measurement: Visiting the sites to take precise measurements and preparing shop drawings to determine installation locations.• Preparing Cost Estimates and Quantity Surveying: Calculating the quantities of materials (cornices, corners, adhesive) required for the project, pricing them, and preparing payment certificates.• Planning and Scheduling: Creating a detailed schedule for supplying and installing the cornices and monitoring daily progress.• Technical Supervision of Installations: Directly supervising the work teams (technicians and assistants) to ensure the correct application of installation techniques (cutting, gluing, sanding, and joint treatment) specific to the Futec products.• Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of the work performed, the straightness of the cornices, the cleanliness of the joints, and their conformity to technical specifications before delivery to the client.• Resource and Inventory Management: Coordinating the supply of materials to the site, calculating waste rates, and maintaining the company's raw materials.• Client Communication: Interacting with clients or consultants, understanding their requirements, and resolving any issues encountered during on-site implementation.• Safety Standards: Ensuring the team adheres to occupational safety standards while working on-site. Qualifications: Interior/Civil Engineer (field experience required).• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in polyurethane (PU-Tec) installations, gypsum alternatives, or interior decoration and finishing work.• Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of PU-Tec products, types of plaster, cutting angles, and the ability to use hand and power tools for installation.• Management Skills: Ability to manage teams of technicians, delegate tasks, and possess strong communication and customer service skills.• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities and a commanding presence on the job site.
