Develop and implement the Project Controls Plan, including methodologies for schedule, cost, and risk management.Establish and maintain the program-level master schedule integrating all onsite and offsite workstreams.Oversee and mentor the onsite Planning Engineer, reviewing all site schedule reports and updates.Monitor project costs against the approved budget and prepare regular cost variance reports.Manage the project change control process, including formal scope change documentation and impact assessment.Develop and maintain the project risk register, facilitating regular risk review workshops.Prepare integrated monthly PMO reports including schedule, cost, risk, and KPI dashboards.Review and assess EPC contractor project controls submissions including baselines, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules.Develop Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting in alignment with Client reporting requirements.Support the Contracts & Claims Engineer in providing schedule and cost data for claims analysis.Provide project controls training and guidance to the Planning Engineer and relevant team members. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 12 years of project controls experience; at least 4 years in a lead role on large infrastructure or renewable energy projects.Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6.Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), cost control, and change management practices.PMP or AACE certification is advantageous.Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
