This is an ownership role. You will be the primary client contact across multiple concurrent software projects, responsible for capturing requirements with precision, keeping development teams accountable to timelines, and ensuring every deliverable meets the client's intent before it ships. Think of yourself as the CEO of each project in your portfolio.What You'll OwnClient Engagement: Lead all weekly client status calls; manage expectations proactively and handle escalations with professionalismRequirements & Scoping: Run discovery sessions for new projects; produce user stories, wireframe briefs, functional specs, and developer-ready tickets that leave zero ambiguitySprint & Delivery Accountability: Own the project timeline; flag risks early; run daily standups or async check-ins to keep engineering velocity on trackQuality Assurance & Demos: Review completed builds against requirements before client demos; catch gaps before the client sees themTooling & Documentation: Maintain living documentation in your PM tool of choice; leverage AI workflows to produce faster, cleaner project artefactsContinuous Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements to the delivery workflow as CKSoftware scalesWhat You Bring3–6 years in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Product Ownership at a software companyDemonstrable ability to translate ambiguous client needs into developer-ready specificationsStrong command of Agile/Scrum methodology — you've run sprints, not just read about themTechnical literacy: you understand how APIs, integrations, and software architecture work at a conceptual level without being a developerClient-ready English communication — written and verbal, async and liveExperience managing 3+ concurrent projects without dropping ballsProficiency in at least one PM/ticketing tool (Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Notion, or similar)A bias for proactive communication — you chase answers, not excusesBonus PointsCSPO, CSM, PMP, or PMI-ACP certificationExperience with AI-assisted documentation or workflow automationBackground in a digital agency, software consultancy, or product companyCompensation & Benefits$3,600 USD/month (full-time, remote)Health, dental, and vision insurance100% remote with flexible hoursGrowth opportunity — be part of building the delivery practice from the ground up
