Prepare project plans and schedules.Monitor project progress and compare actual performance with the approved schedule.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.Coordinate between design, construction, and procurement teams.Identify project risks and propose mitigation actions.Review engineering drawings and technical documents.Monitor variation orders and evaluate their impact on cost and schedule.Support communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).3–7 years of experience in project management, planning, or construction projects.Experience in structural steel / steel structure projects is preferred.Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.Technical SkillsProficiency in project planning software such as Microsoft Project.Strong analytical and reporting skills by software such as (excel & word).Ability to track project performance and prepare progress reports.Understanding of project scheduling and resource planning.Personal SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills by using all available tools such as (Outlook, WhatsApp and verbalcommunication by phone)Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Teamwork and leadership capabilities.
