Alfa Medical Group is expanding its operations and is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic and operational projects across the group. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization’s business objectives.The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong leadership, advanced project management expertise, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to completion. The position contributes directly to operational efficiency, growth, and continuous improvement across Alfa Medical Group.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and deliveryDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goalsManage project budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies effectivelyCoordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionTrack project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior managementIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactivelyEnsure projects comply with organizational standards, policies, and quality requirementsDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies QualificationsMinimum 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within healthcare, medical, or large corporate environmentsProven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-functional projectsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of project management methodologies and best practicesHigh analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProfessional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are a strong plusLocation: HQ – El-MohandeseenIndustry: Hospitals and Health CareEmployment Type: Full-time
