Job SummaryThe Project Manager – ELV (Light Current) is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering Light Current and Network Infrastructure projects from initiation to handover. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with client requirements and quality standards. The Project Manager leads project teams, coordinates with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and oversees all technical, commercial, and operational aspects of the project.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of Light Current (ELV) projects from project award through completion and handover. Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and project milestones. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the approved scope. Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when required. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.Project Management Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, technical office engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives. Monitor project costs and control budgets. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications. Review and approve project schedules, procurement plans, and work plans.Technical Coordination Coordinate technical activities related to: Structured Cabling Systems Fire Alarm Systems CCTV Systems Access Control Systems Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems Telephone Systems Network Infrastructure (Passive & Active) Audio Visual (AV) Systems Building Management System (BMS) interfaces Review technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and engineering deliverables. Resolve technical issues in coordination with consultants and clients.Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact between the company, clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Attend project meetings and present project progress updates. Ensure client requirements are understood and properly implemented. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners.Procurement & Commercial Support Coordinate with procurement for material delivery and subcontractor selection. Review supplier and subcontractor technical and commercial proposals. Monitor procurement activities to ensure timely material availability. Support commercial teams in evaluating variations and claims.Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and applicable standards. Work closely with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety requirements. Ensure testing, commissioning, and system handover are completed successfully. Support project audits and inspections.Reporting & Documentation Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. Monitor project KPIs, schedules, budgets, and resource utilization. Review project documentation, including meeting minutes, technical correspondence, and project records. Provide regular progress updates to senior management.Leadership Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Support the professional development of engineers and site staff. Promote collaboration and effective communication across all project disciplines.RequirementsJob Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in managing Light Current (ELV) and Network Infrastructure projects. Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, governmental, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects. Willing to work on-site in the New Administrative Capital, Cairo, Egypt.Technical KnowledgeStrong experience in: Structured Cabling Systems Fire Alarm Systems CCTV Systems Access Control Systems Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems Telephone Systems Network Infrastructure (Passive & Active) Audio Visual (AV) Systems Building Management System (BMS) integration Project planning and scheduling Contract administration Budget and cost control Risk management Testing, commissioning, and project handoverSoftware Skills Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage. Knowledge of BIM/Revit is a plus.Professional Skills Strong leadership and team management skills.
