Job Purpose:Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to required guidelines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.Ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame, budget and meeting client's expectations.Responsibilities:Specific objectives and deliverables will be agreed as part of your annual Performance and Development Review (PDR) process, the points below are a summary of your main duties and responsibilities.Job specific responsibilities:Manage project development from beginning to end.Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Track project milestones and deliverables.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and advises contingency plans.Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.Review project proposal and contract to determine time frame and procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allocation of resources to various phases of the projectIdentify projects' risks and participate with all stakeholders in establishing mitigation proceduresCoordinate and act as the focal point with other functional areas as required by the projectEnsure that project plans are updated and signed-off as neededEnsure project deliverables compliance to the SLA.Assign duties and responsibilities to project’s team members based on the work plan and follow with their performance Establish project communication plan across all involved functions and stakeholdersManagerial responsibilities:Coach, support, and advise subordinates regularly, furthermore, appraises their performance.Build and maintain team spirit.Cascade down departmental plans into functional operational plans.Generate project status reports and escalate issues beyond scope of authority Minimum of 5 years and up to 9 years of experience in project management or a related field.Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management tools and software.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.Experience in a managerial or mid-level career position.
