We're a small, senior team — every hire shapes the product and the company.About the roleWe're hiring a Project Manager to coordinate multiple parallel ASIC programs, manage partner engineer engagements, and serve as the operational backbone of our growing team. You'll keep schedules honest, track deliverables, and unblock founders from day-to-day coordination work.What you'll doOwn program-level schedule and dependencies for active IDM projectsCoordinate with partner engineering teams (contractor SOWs, status, escalations)Run sprint planning, status reporting, and program reviewsManage cross-team dependencies between ASIC, AI, platform, and AMS R&D teamsOwn program-level customer communication (status reports, milestone reviews)What we need from you5+ years project or program management in technical environmentsHardware/semiconductor industry experience strongly preferredStrong organizational skills — schedules, dependencies, risk trackingExcellent written and spoken communicationComfort holding senior engineers accountable to commitmentsBonus points forPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certificationExperience managing distributed teams across time zonesBackground coordinating partner / contractor engineeringFamiliarity with chip design project lifecycles (RTL → tape-out → silicon)Why NativechipsDirect impact on product direction and engineering culture from day oneWork alongside a senior, founder-led team with deep semiconductor industry experienceCairo-based engineering team with US headquarters; remote-friendly working modelCompetitive compensation with meaningful stock options for early hiresWork on technically substantial problems — not maintenance workLocation: Cairo-based, remote-friendly.
