Job Context:working as Project Manager entailsoverseeing construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, cost estimates, and resource allocation.Lead and coordinate project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of expectations and deliverables.Monitor and control project costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.Ensure all aspects of the projects meet or exceed industry quality standards.Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.Provide regular reports to management on project status, budget, and timelines.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 15:20 years of experienceas a project manager in the construction industry.Experience within the Saudi Market.Fluent in English.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent Preferred.Experience in sustainable and green building practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
