Job Title: Project Manager Roads and InfraLocation: NigeriaWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of roadworks and infrastructure projects in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of civil engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the planning and execution of road construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completionEnsure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirementsCoordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project executionPrepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plansMonitor progress and performance; resolve issues and implement corrective actions as neededLead project meetings, status updates, and reporting to senior managementManage contracts, change orders, and procurement processesEnsure proper documentation and close-out proceduresQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Master’s is a plusMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in road and infrastructure project managementProven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of roadworks, drainage systems, utilities coordination, and site logisticsProficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and Civil 3DFamiliar with international standards and codes related to civil works and solar farm constructionExcellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multi-cultural teamsProfessional English (Please don't apply if your english languae is not strong)Willingness to be based full-time in NigeriaApply here: https://forms.gle/hFf2zSXkg7RtyH8n9
