The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the School Principal, company management, and the internal Marketing, Development, and Educational Support teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main liaison between the School Principal and YZH Solutions' management.Coordinate and facilitate communication between the client and the Marketing, Development, and Educational Support departments.Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.Ensure all departments are aligned with project objectives and deadlines.Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and the client to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to ensure smooth project execution.Track project progress and prepare regular reports for management.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and project outcomes.Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle. Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory. The role requires daily communication with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.Previous experience in Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management is required.Strong project coordination and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Experience working with educational institutions or EdTech projects is a plus.
