The agency has built lead generation systems for hundreds of clients across the country, offering services including SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, paid advertising, websites, and full marketing systems. With a strong focus on quality, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies, the company is seeking a highly operational and AI-native leader to oversee internal project delivery and execution.LocationFully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Project Marketing Manager will own internal delivery across the agency, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time, aligned with strategy, and delivered at a high standard of quality.This role requires a highly organized, operationally sharp, and AI-native professional who can manage SEO, website, content, GBP, and advertising projects while building systems and AI-driven solutions that improve scalability and team output. Although the role is not client-facing, it is critical to the success and consistency of the agency’s deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Project DeliveryManage SEO, GBP, website, content, and advertising projects from start to finishTranslate client packages and SEO strategies into clear, executable plansManage project boards in ClickUp to ensure deadlines, accountability, and task completionLead and develop the fulfillment team by setting expectations, reviewing performance, and enforcing accountabilitySEO Strategy & Quality AssuranceServe as the final reviewer for SEO audits, keyword research, content plans, and technical recommendationsAlign execution with SEO strategy and client goalsAdjust strategies based on performance data and execution realitiesSet priorities and sequencing for SEO initiatives across accountsAI & Tool DevelopmentBuild and deploy AI tools and agents using Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar platformsUse AI and automation to replace manual workflows and improve operational efficiencySupport the development of scalable AI-driven operational systemsBonus: familiarity with frameworks such as OpenClaw or HermesResults & Performance MonitoringReview and approve all client deliverables before releaseMonitor metrics including organic traffic value, GBP performance, keyword rankings, and lead qualityProactively identify projects that are off-track and implement corrective actionsSystems Improvement & SOP DevelopmentBuild and maintain quality control checklists, audits, and review systemsIdentify broken workflows and implement operational improvementsDocument, maintain, and create SOPs as neededOwnership & Decision-MakingBalance strategy, execution, capacity, and quality across multiple servicesMake confident prioritization decisions across ongoing projectsIdentify inefficiencies and recommend improved delivery processesEscalate issues only when they materially impact timelines, scope, or client outcomesQualificationsExperience5+ years of agency experience, preferably supporting US-based clients3+ years of hands-on SEO strategy and execution experienceExperience managing cross-functional remote teamsExperience overseeing project delivery across SEO, content, websites, GBP, or paid media initiativesSkillsStrong expertise in local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, technical SEO, content strategy, internal linking, and site architectureAI-native mindset with experience building tools, agents, or automating workflows using Claude, Cursor, or similar platformsStrong organizational, operational, and project management abilitiesHighly assertive, deadline-oriented, and quality-focusedFluent English communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with ClickUp, Slack, Google Sheets, and SOP documentationFamiliarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LeadSnap, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools preferredFamiliarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) environments preferredWhat Success Looks LikeAll projects are delivered on time, aligned with strategy, and meet quality standardsInternal workflows become more streamlined, scalable, and efficientAI tools and automation significantly improve operational outputStrong team accountability and high-quality execution with minimal errorsQuality assurance processes consistently catch issues before client reviewOpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to lead internal operations and project execution within a fast-growing, niche-specialized marketing agency.
