The role is responsible for translating client requirements into operational setups on the company platforms, ensuring projects are accurately configured, optimized, and aligned with client objectives. The incumbent conducts research, develops effective keyword queries, manages client profiles, and supports monitoring and analysis teams to enhance project efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, research capabilities, and proficiency in both English and Arabic, while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards.Roles And ResponsibilitiesUnderstand Brief Sheets sent by the Client Service and translate client's request on the platformSet up clients' profiles on the Company portal, BODHI, and give them access on Insight. Review all the existing clients' profiles to ensure all the available information are relevant and optimized for the client access, as per the client requirements. Create tags for global projects that need set up in multiple languages. Edit profiles based on feedback given from the Monitoring and Analysis teams, for more efficiency and effectiveness in their deliverables. Conduct extensive research on the client, and obtain different variations of keywords in order to capture all relevant articles. Understand Boolean queries and the logic behind setting up a queryComply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct managerRequirements Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and ArabicStrong research and analytical skillsGood knowledge of developing keywords, search queries, and Boolean logicPrompting proficiency and ability to effectively utilize AI toolsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsUp to 1 year of relevant experience is preferredWorking hoursShift from 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm
