Project Performance Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Performance Analyst to join our PMO team. This role is critical in monitoring project performance, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making at the leadership level. Key Responsibilities-Collect, review, and validate project performance data from project managers and stakeholders-Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality baselines-Develop and maintain project performance dashboards and periodic reports-Track KPIs, milestones, risks, issues, delays, and budget variances-Identify performance gaps, deviations, and delivery risks-Analyze root causes of delays, cost overruns, and underperformance-Recommend corrective and preventive actions-Prepare executive summaries and analytical reports for senior management-Support standardization of PMO reporting templates and governance processes-Ensure timely and accurate reporting across projects and departments-Maintain historical performance records and support portfolio-level analysis Requirements-2–5 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, or Project Performance Analysis-Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile)-Experience in tracking project KPIs and performance metrics-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills If you are interested please Send me your CV or Send it to ( Jobs@3i.sa) and state the title in the subject.Best of luck!
