• Supervising new branch projects and maintenance activities• Preparing and following up on project timelines and execution plans• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal departments• Monitoring project quality and ensuring compliance with approved standards• Reviewing engineering drawings and following up on modifications• Following up on maintenance plans for branches and ensuring execution efficiency• Monitoring project budgets, quotations, and cost control• Preparing periodic reports on project progress and performance• Ensuring projects are delivered according to approved timelines and quality standards ▪ Engineering background related to Construction / Architecture / MEP▪ Strong project follow-up and coordination skills▪ Ability to manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers▪ Experience in project execution and maintenance is preferred
