The Project Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing large-scale contracts with corporate clients, real estate developers, and hospitality groups. This role focuses on the "Project Channel," ensuring Naguib Selim’s products (fabrics, furnishings, or furniture) are specified in major architectural and interior design projects.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & ProspectingIdentify and target upcoming commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, including Real Estate Developers, Main Contractors, and Interior Design Firms.Proactively reach out to Architectural Consultants to ensure our products are "specified" in the early stages of a project.2. Sales & NegotiationManage the full sales cycle from initial contact and site visits to closing the deal.Prepare and deliver professional presentations and technical product pitches tailored to project requirements.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.3. Technical Specification & TenderingStudy and analyze BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical specifications provided by consultants.Coordinate with the technical and production teams to provide accurate quotations and samples.Oversee the submission of tenders and follow up on awarding processes.4. Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.Maintain long-term relationships with key industry influencers to ensure repeat business.Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.5. Reporting & StrategyProvide regular market feedback on competitor pricing, new trends, and project updates.Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the project division.Maintain an updated CRM database of all project leads and activities. Bachelor’s Degree  in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Project Sales, specifically in the building materials, furniture, or luxury furnishings sector.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Egyptian real estate and hospitality market.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Proficiency: Ability to read floor plans, technical drawings, and BOQs.Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to handle complex negotiations with high-level decision-makers.Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).Mobility: Must have a car and the flexibility to travel to project sites and client offices.
