The Projects Team Leader for North Coast will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of development projects in the North Coast region. This role will involve coordinating between various departments and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead the project teams in planning, executing, and delivering multiple residential and commercial projects across the North CoastEstablish project timelines, budgets, and execution strategies in line with company objectivesCollaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project standards and specifications are metMonitor and manage construction progress against project schedules, providing updates and escalating issues as necessaryConduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are adhered to throughout the project lifecycleManage the procurement of materials and resources, ensuring cost-efficiency and sustainability practices are appliedPrepare and present project reports, including risk assessments and performance metrics to upper managementFacilitate communication between different departments, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectationsAssist in resolving conflicts and issues that arise during project executionEnsure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and construction codes specific to the North Coast areaRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering, Project Management, or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in project management, specifically in residential or commercial developmentsStrong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and local regulationsExperience in leading project teams and managing cross-functional collaborationsExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsProficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExperience in North Coast projects is a plus
