The Property Advisor will be responsible for managing property portfolios, advising clients on investments, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating property management activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients and staying updated on market trends to deliver optimal solutions for clients' needs. QualificationsStrong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needsKnowledge and experience in Property Management and InvestmentsSolid understanding of Finance with the ability to guide clients on investment opportunitiesDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related fieldPrior experience in real estate or brokerage is a plusFluency in English and additional language proficiency is advantageous
