Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Property Advisor (Fresh & Experienced). The Property Advisor will be responsible for providing real estate consultancy, managing property dealings, assisting clients with investments, and offering customer-oriented solutions. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and building lasting relationships with clients to meet their investment needs. QualificationsProven Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong relationships and address client needs effectively.Knowledge and experience in Property Management and understanding real estate processes.Skills in Investments and Finance to guide clients in making sound decisions.Ability to understand market trends and deliver innovative and client-focused solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate consultancy.
